LOCTITE 542 is a fast-curing thread sealant designed for sealing and locking metal threads, pipes, and other cylindrical fittings. The product cures anaerobically, bonding closely fitting metal threads by excluding air, preventing loosening due to vibration and shock, while also sealing the threads.
Due to its thixotropic properties, LOCTITE 542 is less prone to dripping after application.
