A high-strength, two-component epoxy resin with excellent gap-filling properties, fast curing, and high heat resistance. It is ideal for bonding ceramics and also adheres well to steel, aluminum, and thermoplastic materials.
Before bonding, thoroughly clean the surfaces with SF 7063 cleaner. Insert the cartridge into the Loctite 96001 dispensing gun and gently press the plunger. Remove the cartridge cap and screw on the mixing nozzle. Do not use the first 1-2 cm of the product from the mixing nozzle for bonding. Then, apply the desired amount of adhesive to one surface and fit the two parts together. Any excess adhesive can be removed with a solvent. Do not load the bonded parts until the adhesive has reached its maximum strength.
This product can be applied using manual "hand mixing" or the "Loctite 96001" dispenser gun with mixing nozzle.
