Warranty Claims Cannot Be Validated If:

  • The malfunction was caused by improper use or deviation from the user manual,
  • Improper transportation or storage caused the malfunction,
  • External factors or conditions not related to the device caused the issue (e.g., improper voltage, extension cords, generators, etc.),
  • The device has already been repaired by someone other than the authorized service centers listed in the warranty certificate.
